Just... tell me when you're making heavy character development. And acknowledge their abilities and feats, they are NOT weak.

Explanation for the title:

Collector felt weak during the original inkperial era. Although he didn't have the crystal of creation OR it's extension, he's still pretty damn strong on his own.

That is my fault but I will indeed make him strong… even if I have a surprise planned
