Yes, they are... there are also a couple of earlier articles from NASA explaining the rise in temperature this year is connected to an underwater volcano eruption last year... the biggest eruption ever recorded... on top of that is over a decade-long study of trees from satellite imagery showing there are more trees on the planet now than over 10 years ago. Needless to say, Bill Gates was out in the news recently saying it was unproven science that mass planting of trees would help, and we should abandon that...
