Now wait a minute! Doesn't living under Marxism indeed meet the criteria? Everyone lives on the economic bottom in relative squalor and misery and total terror of the state, except for a tiny minority of elites . . . and even they are non-stop having to look over their shoulders and obey the government in order to remain elites.
Well, that sounds fairly classless to me . . . and since most of them are as likely as not to eventually starve to death, that's even a box ticked in the second category; in that they are perfectly free to starve. They even qualify by New World Order standards . . . they own nothing and will probably end up eating bugs.
