so my gf has been not talking to me recently and its not fun. i didnt do anything to her, i dont think. i wrote down a bunch of things that she’s doing and a bunch of things that i was hoping for when i started dating her, but those things aren’t happening.

Confront her about it. Give her the list. If she says something genuine as an apology and vows to stop doing it, then yay! if not, maybe just say that the relationship just isn’t going to work if she can’t communicate.
