Licorice is a stray my mom wants to adopt him but dad won’t let her so she says he’s being evil

yes my uncle has a mostly black cat with one white little puff of fur below the chin,so i must help the DA cat by bringing in me (if not know he is also my neighbor so it helps a lot)
