Aye . . . but here's an interesting bit of irony. Supposedly most kibbutz in that region were infested with pro-Palestinian leftist-minded peace dove types. I bet only a handful of truly psychotic Israeli 'dove' types still exist in Israel today . . . and those were NOT inside the attacked kibbutz.
Nothing will turn a liberal/progressive/leftist type conservative and patriotic like beating off a terrorist attack from the very people they were praising and rationalizing-for the day previous.
