most teacher contracts say that "a teacher cannot veer off to far" or "talking abt politics is bad". even if the contract doesn't say that, you can sue the schoolboard in your area for what your teacher keeps doing. another solution is to snitch to your teachers superior/boss.

it's not that it's just i reached a limit when he played stuff about a drag queen (which makes me uncomfortable) and i just want to have a normal history class instead of having to hear about some unfair shit happening to women in Pakistan or smth
it ain't even related to the lesson and we're supposed to completely agree with everything he shows
while some of it i do generally agree with, a lot of the videos didn't take time to account for stuff and both my teacher and the videos jumped to conclusions and called someone "oppressive" for not paying some disabled people as high as non-disabled employees. if they put in the same amount of work as a non-disabled employee, then yeah they should be paid fairly. however, the video failed to take into account that some disabled people are less productive/efficient than the others. like, just try to find a new job or just go to work in a department where you can be efficient. they never addressed anything.
