The United States couldn't stop Islamic terrorists flying passenger jets into the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. Then there was the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor. Surprise attacks by definition . . . are surprises. That's why they are so often successful tactics. Bad strategy unusually . . . but excellent tactics.
This attacks was not a surprise, the Egyptian President warned them. Also, this wasn't the first time they've attacked. And theirs nothing surprising about a bulldozer did we forget that part.

I imagine that you were first in your class at War College.
SO LET ME GET THIS RIGHT, YOUR MILITARY BUDGET IS RANKED 15TH IN THE WORLD AT 24 BILLION; EQUIPPED WITH TANKS, FIGHTER JETS AND A BILLION DOLLAR MOBILE ANTI-AIRCRAFT DEFENSE SYSTEM; AND YOU CAN'T STOP PARAGLIDERS AND A BULLDOZER
