I tell folks that the best books I ever read were the World Book Encyclopedia and the World Wildlife Encyclopedia. Yeah, the WBE was not at par with Britannica, but we were a low budget family. In fact, my ma got mine used (she claimed it came from a relative, except I never saw it at their home). Which worked anyways.

Heck yeah, I loved the library Went there often and those were the books i read most often.:-)

Especially in HS, I made many a stop over by the Britannicas.
