It's an open question. Certainly Trump was a Netanyahu Crime Family member, going back to the 90's or 2000's, at the least. And Kushner was in deep with that mob, as well.
But would this have occurred, if they didn't need a story to put the failure of the Ukrainian Counteroffensive, onto the back-burner??
