Not always. On TWO seperate occassions, roughly 3 years apart, I have spoken to two different customer services and heard a rooster in the background. The first time, the guy said "sorry about that, I have a *chicken*."

"Sir, that's a rooster..."

I wonder, when developping countries call customer service, where is THEIR call routed to??
