Yes, but Dunham had the old puppet 'Walter' decades before Joe Biden grew into looking like the current Walter. So it's a coincidence . . . except for the fact that Jeff Dunham makes Walter speak and 'act' all by himself whereas it takes an entire panel of mystery handlers to load Dementia Joe up with the things that he's supposed to say and do before he trips over a sandbag or tries to shake hands with a ghost.
What's got to get to Jeff Dunham, though, is that without Joe even trying, it's funnier to watch Joe Biden pretend to be president than it is to listen to puppet Walter's jokes.
