American slavery was the second worst slavery in history, it was more brutal to the generations. Yet, it wasn't a pure dig your own grave.

Most history is market "slavery", rule of law, and a "humble dictator"/ someone with a council.

In America you had brothers fight over what lead them away from Africa. 80% of 1st generation (1600+) slaves walked to the boat. 20% ended up because of usual rule of law bullshit.

Feel bad for who? The whole minimum wage argument is an argument about the cost to rent slaves for slaves to raise children.

Slaves rented slaves to raise children?

No slave owners rented slaves/labor to other plantation owners and low skill industry; such as weave operator.

As insurance was not yet in play, it became expensive to have slaves. So very few people had more than 1 or 2 slaves. The majority of slaves were only owned by a few companies run by Jewish immigrants.

It is why people say the Irish may have had it worse. They never were indentured house guest. They were indentured factory workers; more risk same conditions.
