Like no, there are two "advanced lifeforms". There are a few sentient lifeforms. Everything is tied up into 200 light year bubble.
I'm sure the cosmos would spit out a third to help. Sometimes after the more advanced lifeforms commits "suicide" in ~100,000 should humanity abandon them.
