Auth-right means that you are in the 'authoritarian right' section of the 'political compass'. The quotation marks aren't pretentious, it's actually quite dumb to think that political positions can be quantified accurately based upon a simple graph. Anyhow, the general idea is that people in the auth-right category believe in more government power and more economic freedom simultaneously. In practice it means you support the nuclear family, even though on paper it means you want the papal states back (Which would be based as heck, but that's aside the point.)
