Small things make her say personal things that really get to me. She knows I get bullied and uses that against me. Today she made me so angry I lashed out at her, then called me crazy. Puberty makes people crazy but it's natural unavoidable and temporary. Crazy doesn't describe a diagnosable condition, but a common element of mental illness is a break from reality. If you have the presence of mind to wonder if your mental issues are pathological, they're probably not. Anyone could and probably would benefit from counseling just to have an experienced person help guide you through the unknowns of youth, since the shit is rough and doesn't come with an instruction manual. I'd wonder whether my issues were peculiar to me or just symptoms of growing up in general, and it was mad helpful to have someone field those concerns for me.

Tldr: your fine yur sis is jus a bitxh
