It's sadly true, but the good news is that a good portion of this gen is trying to get rid of all the formatting stereotypes who just makes everything harder for everyone.
It may have came with its loan of problems, but maybe, in the future, interactions across genders should be easier...

Maybe, but unfortunately that doesn't help me. I'm lucky enough to get caught up in the dramatic generations and if all of this did pass, then it'd likely be at the point where if I could ever hope to get close to someone, no one would want me anymore, just like it is now when I'm in my prime.

It's hard enough making friends as an adult. Now as deprived of social interaction as I am, I'm scared to talk to people.

My man don't give up ! Ik someone who lost quite everything but they are recovering slowly and avoided in extremist the depression.
Learn from the past and use it to go forward. Don't make the same mistakes twice, avoid situations which likely would go bad, but don't stop yourself from interacting with people !
You said it multiple times, loneliness can kill a man. So don't be afraid to talk with people but stay careful at first. You'll most likely find a new friend circle :D
