im from not texas (im not saying where im from sry) and i talk like that too. *normal conversation between people where im from* "how're you doin' today?" "I'm doin fine, thankya." "i made some pecan pie yesterday with fresh pecans from my pecan trees." "dont ya mean pecan?" "that aint how you say it!! It's pecan not pecan." *two people go on rant about how to pronounce every word in the english dictionary after that*

yea and my grandpa's wife was also from texas since she was the oldest of 3 siblings and so my grandpa from time to time talks like her

unfortuantely she died 2 yrs ago
