Howard Stern is the interesting one since he is -- as you noted -- doing his level best to convince the vindictive Left and their corrupt system that he is actually a good little WOKE soldier in their insane march ever farther leftward. But all he's managing to do by acting so obviously spineless is make people realize that in fact nobody on the Left or the Right ever really liked him anyway.
What he should have done was give the collective political Left the middle finger and then say, "Yeah I do embrace some few conservative viewpoints and screw you bastards if that's unacceptable to you!"
