And what has that gotten you? Have the policies of Reagan, Bush, and Trump magically gotten you to a place where any of what I’m suggesting would negatively affect your bottom line? Have the democrats even tried to enact any of the truly progressive policies you’re so afraid of, or do they just continue to spin their wheels every time?
Your understanding of politics is not based in reality, you’re like a professional wrestling fan who doesn’t know what kayfabe is. Both the democrats and the republicans are right-wing parties that simply wish to maintain the economic status quo for their wealthy donors. They’ll pay lip-service partisan issues to rile their base, but almost never act on them for fear of disrupting that status quo. That’s why Biden still hasn’t forgiven student loans, and it’s why republicans took a beating in the midterms for overturning Roe v. Wade. They broke that golden rule.
