and with netherite hoe eficiency5 unbreaking3 fortune3 I get like 466665134876587032356576 stackes of wheat per crop so ya its actually really good

And mining it with a hoe is basically an instaclick

ya stone hoe is almost insta click and if ur rich iron is instamine

also diamonds and stuff can be found in these once in a while so its nice for gettinnng stuff to enchant

But why would you waste your enchantments on that

1. Used to break specific blocks
2. Enchants are easy to get
3. Tools are easy to get
4. Bragging rights

Netherite tools aren't easy

All you need is: 5 villagers, a good amount of beds, and lots of sticks or some other traceable thing.

But it takes a long time to get

Assuming you’re only getting a netherite hoe. I personally get other tools too in addition to my netherite hoe.
