People ruin things for people.
No joke, after too many incidents, the one company I worked for implemented a rule banning the public from using our stores' restrooms unless it was a large store with a single-person key-lock restroom where they could keep tabs on each person who goes in.
Don't know if people think it's funny to paint the stalls, but it's literally considered a biohazard and people get paid dirt wages to deal with it only to have to go to the hospital afterwards to get tested... after likely vomiting several times and then needing to take time off for the trauma.
Some people don't even go to the restrooms! Some will do it right at the counter!
