at the end it states that all of this stuff causes intoxication (ie: drunkenness) without drinking alcohol. this meme is funny because of the demoman picture above it, due to his extreme and seemingly constant state of intoxication
this is lore accurate because in the comics, the Demoman is able to ferment his bone marrow, to the point he can give blood sucking robots alcohol poisoning allowing him to fight them off
