Crap!! This is what I get for making a meme when I am sleepy. The paragraph after the definition of a privilege should have read,

"Rights are endowed by our Creator and no man [or government has the authority or right] to take them away. Privileges are [freedoms] stolen by corrupt men and/ or corrupt governments."
