As long as we have a setting to disable those types of notifications, sure :]

Well, the notifications already exist. They should just be modified to show who did it. Like instead of "a moderator", if I did it, it would show SilverTheShinyEevee, with my username being a link to my profile.

Yeah, most of my images unfeatured had N words in the mod note and it’s confusing when it’s in a stream with multiple mods like SVTFOE_HATERS
