Truth to tell, it was something I saw on a news segment short and I have not tried to verify the origin or validity of the story. Once upon a time I would take it with a healthy dose of salt . . . but now I am almost inclined to believe it simply because we can SEE the reeking and open corruption infesting all too many committees and commissions and 'public servant' scum-buckets. So . . . it very likely is true.
