Clean off the blood, and put a bandage on it. If it’s too deep of a cut or bleeding a lot you might want to go to the doctor

Disinfect it if it feels like it's infected, wash it out with warm(or cold) soap and water, then slowly bandage the wound and make sure it can bleed no longer.
