If used on a target who has committed "heresy", it does massive damage and launches the target at 60% of the speed of light while angelic hallelujahs sound.

This isn't specifically to smite Peyton. It's kinda meant to be a joke thing

The fact that every magic except for the following few: Angel magic, Demon magic/Unholy Sorcery, Dryad/Nature magic, Necromancy, and Fire magic

It counts as angel magic
