like, i get that purposefully disrespecitng someone's preferred pronoun is mean, but EVERY circle we're supposed to say our pronouns. and i went to my siblings school for one of their showcase nights, and a few of the classrooms were FILLED with a shitton of lgbtq stuff. and i saw a paper that had the title "what do you say when someone uses 'gay' in a mean way". my 9 year old siblings constantly think things are gay when they're not even close, and they're /srs. this one kid that didn't understand that xe/xer wasn't a part of the English language said he was xe/xer and that it could be translated, and then when i told him it couldn't he went right back.
also being insulted by someone saying "gay" is the very opposite of your point.

I don't watch Joe Rogen, but he once said that all this diversity and acceptance stuff going through schools, colleges, and companies can only work in a good economy. And then those same people will cause the economy to collapse, and then we'll have a lot more to worry about than petty issues about race and gender. Good prediction.

Iran schools are literally like this. One hour of my school's time is dedicated to some random lady ranting about how not wearing hijab is bad and how christians are supposed to respect muslims even though we don't respect them and how people dating the same gender is "an unforgivable sin worse than murder"
