Dying Multiverse chapter 3.5: Prequel

Collector appeared through a portal of creation to the mothercrystal. Collector knew of the 4 other crystals but he had believed that he could easily crush Ultimum on his own. As Collector made his way through the massive crystal wiping out the minions instantly with the snap of his fingers, he soon got to the church nave and sanctuary.

"What makes you arrive here without any offerings to your lord" Ultimum said

"I'm here to answer for your wrongdoings against the multiverse" Collector said

"You do not speak to your lord like that!" Ultimum angrily said

"Your religion is dead" Collector said

Ultimum got up and out of his throne and Collector Ignited his sword. Ultimum started to walk through the hall and at Collector. Collector stood still as Ultimum approached him, as Ultimum was getting closer Ultimum suddenly blasted an ultima hellblast at Collector, and Collector quickly cut it into two. Ultimum suddenly dropkicked Collector in the chest as his kick was empowered with ultima magic. Collector barely flinched and Ultimum saw that this. Ultimum quickly turned his left hand into a magically empowered hand and ran at Collector. Collector watched and thrusted his sword at Ultimum. Ultimum quickly empowered his other hand which he used to grab the back end of Collector's sword. Ultimum quickly started to pull the sword of creation away from Collector. Collector quickly unignited the sword but Ultimum went to punch Collector in his face.

As the Punch was about to land, a certain man intercepted the punch, and Collector stepped back.

"NOT SO FAST!" A familarly annoying voice said

Collector reignited his sword to see Apex stopping the punch with his Sabël. Ultimum stepped back as he saw Apex, Ultimum blasted Apex with an ultima magic blast, and Apex quickly deflected the blast back at Ultimum.

"How interesting, I've heard of you, foul pestilence" Ultimum insulted Apex

"Are you going to let him call you that?" Collector said to Apex

"I get called things like that frequently" Apex said

"This isn't a truce, got it" Collector scolded Apex

"I got it big blue" Apex said

Soon the both of them look back at Ultimum and they prepare to fight. Collector suddenly picks up Apex and throws Apex at Ultimum. Ultimum swipes Apex out of his way when Collector suddenly blunt force strikes Ultimum in the chest. Apex got back up and kicked Ultimum in the back. Ultimum fell to the ground, Collector lifted his sword up, and Ultimum quickly made an blinding blast radius. Collector stepped back while Apex was uneffected due to his shades.

"Do you think it would be that easy to beat me!" Ultimum said

"Honestly, yes" Apex said

"Shut it pestilence" Ultimum said

Apex suddenly blasted Ultimum with Kaiser lightning. Ultimum couldn't deflect the Kaiser Lightning and he was hit by it. Ultimum fell to the ground right when the Collector was un-disorented and the Collector quickly grabbed his sword. Ultimum saw Collector walk toward him and he quickly teleported away right as Apex and the Collector were about to kill him.

"Typical 'gods' always teleporting away" Apex said

"You didn't have to step into my fight with Ultimum" Collector said "but don't expect me to thank you"

"I wasn't going to ask for one" Apex said

Soon Collector and Apex left the mothercrystal and Collector went back to the realm of creation but Collector knew Ultimum's fighting style. Suddenly Astra walked up to Collector and told him the news about the Abyssal worm research.

"We have to get back to researching the Abyssal worms!" Astra said

"Then who's going to fight Ultimum!?!" Collector said

"We will" Inkmatas said while holding Peyton's hand

Collector and Astra looked back at them suprised.

"But you two are nowhere as powerful as Ultimum!" Collector worried

"Don't worry, I'll come in the help them" Hakai said

Collector and Astra nodded

"Alright, let's go kill a god" Inkmatas said

A portal opened in front of them and they quickly snached a ride on the multiversal cargo transporter.
