Nah bro I’m a f**kin noodle
I just do 10 pushups and 10 crunches before I go to bed. I also go on walks and run around my backyard.

fair enough. I'm a boxer so I have to keep in shape
im going off of the fact that i can carry multiple people on my back so perhaps theres a difference somewhere but i see a correlation in squating and carrying people

the thing about it is that the muscle is used for little else
I run/walk a 5K do a bunch of bench & butterfly with a little bit of leg-press as my daily workout. Other than that I go to boxing and beat the shit out of people and bags
