Guess that works. I never imagined the hcp to grow to be such a huge party. I originally joined this stream campaigning for envoy and pr1cr. Then I started my own party. I believe I actually ended up running with Richard once

Well there already was a pool of HC's to appeal to. So it was more a recruiting than a building.
