like so annoying we had to set the 10k rule for a while and I even suggested adding a rule that allowed mods to ban plain annoying people

still think we should add that rule, some y'all just won't shut up

reminds me of the time there was this SUPER annoying user so i asked soul to ban him and he did PERMANENTLY.

He also started the rule of list of people to never unban or else you would lose mod.
