That's what this post is about. Kaede is hung and forced to play the piano with her body, and Monokuma is playing the piano in front of Shuichi
Also
The execution for Kaede actually lasted hours because everytime she hit a note she had a moment to breathe, making the execution longer. And still no one did anything. So Shuichi was stuck watching his best friend get executed for hours. Yet after the execution no one cared because they thought she killed Rantaro, when Tsumugi did. That leads to the next thing. At the end of her execution, you can hear someone whisperer 'innocent' 3 times.
