I've heard both sides, and here's what I know.

Piplup fanatic says she's had a really bad week. Her dog died, her brother is abusing her, etc

I sent a screenshot of the message to dr.bob and calmly told him to back out of the argument

Then he told me piplup was saying he was throwing slurs at her, which was simply incorrect. All he did was make a couple period jokes.
