No. That'll never happen. You would officially only have one or the other running at the same time due to software limitations. The official Nintendo GameCube keyboard I mentioned (see above, only released in Japan) has it where you can have both running, but only in Fantasy Star Online. This wouldn't have that, theoretically, due to the fact that no Switch game would officially support it.
