The real issue behind the water shortage here in Taxifornia is lack of infrastructure maintenance and expansion.
Every election that rolls around has several ballot measures to "finally" or "once and for all" solve the homeless crisis and sometimes a ballot measure dealing with the water infrastructure problem. Not once (that I've noticed) has a water infrastructure measure passed, yet we keep passing ballot measures to "finally" solve the homeless crisis, or a myriad of other demotard wish list items. Yes, our taxes keep going up to pay for these things, or pay for the bonds required to fund them.
But instead of solving the homeless crisis, or other demotard pet programs, the libtard measures tend to make the problems worse, and we are still suffering from water shortages. So much so, that our socialist state govt is constantly telling us to conserve water (and electricity, but that's for another meme...) Had they done their job and maintained our water infrastructure (no ballot measures needed for them to do that, btw...) we could fill our reservoirs over the 70% mark and our damns wouldn't be near collapse and we wouldn't be asked to conserve water, even after a winter of incredible amounts of rainfall.
If the rest of the country wants to deal with fcuked up BS like this, just choose our Governor, Gavin Nussolini as your next demotard POTUS candidate, and then we'll see what hell the socialists truly have in store for us.
