Um no, facts, historical ones for that matter.....Soviet food production and provision was always limited......it was done on purpose most often, other times, it was the failure of the system.....why the hell do you think the Communist government fell? smh

1. USSR gov fell because the overthrow of gorbachev (Because yeltsin was drunk and power hungry) 2. NO THE FOOD WASN"T LIMITED THEY ATE WELL 3. Why do you think people want the USSR back?
