Xander swam to the thing he could barely see in the darkness of the Abyss, he got closer to the thing and it started to become clearer in the little sight he had in the dark depths. Suddenly he saw it, a figure, this figure looked like a female, and had the body shape of the girl who was reported to be dead over this abyss.
"No way" Xander said
Xander picked up the female and placed her on his shoulder but then he saw a chest. Xander got closer to the chest with the girl on his shoulder. As he inched closer he saw the chest had no locks, Xander soon got to the chest, and opened it. Xander found an ancient Inkversian tablet but he couldn't read the marking on this tablet. Xander put the Tablet on the opposite side of his waist from where the Murasama was. Soon Xander started to swim back upwards and out of the Abyss when he felt his Anechoic coating wear off.
"Shit" Xander said
Xander started to quickly swim up from the layers when he heard the roar of the same shark he encountered 5 minutes ago.
"Crap!!!" Xander panicked as he unsheathed the Murasama.
The Shark swam towards Xander quickly, Xander pointed the Murasama blade at the rapidly approaching shark, and the shark swam directly into the point of the blade. The Murasama blade stabbed into the sharks head and the shark quickly retreated. Xander eventually got back to the Abyssal rift where he re-entered Astra's submarine.
"So what did you find?" Astra said
"I found a girl who may be in a coma" Xander said
"What do you mean?" Astra said as she looked over to Xander
Astra saw the girl, she was in a weird suit of armor which looked native to the Abyss, and quickly started to take the submarine to the surface.
