The jury did not, Trump's lawyers trumpeted at the time, find that Trump "raped" Carroll — the central part of her allegations.

The judge isn't so persuaded.

In an opinion issued on Wednesday, US District Judge Lewis Kaplan, who presided over the trial, wrote that the trial evidence demonstrated Trump "raped" Carroll in the plain sense of the word.

"The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was 'raped' within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump 'raped' her as many people commonly understand the word 'rape,'" Kaplan wrote. "Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that." Why did Trump post his mug shot on Twitter when he hasn't posted anything on there for years?

Because he understood that the MSM was salivating for this image. They figured that he'd be ashamed of it and they could hurt him with it.

By posting it himself it sends the message that he proudly owns it. By doing it on Twitter he will reach a massive audience. This will piss of the left for two reasons.

1) He included "election interference" in his tweet. The left knows that image will be seen around the world and remind people that he's being persecuted and why.

2) It reminds them that they no longer control the largest town square in the world, and Trump has the ability to reach millions with each tweet, which terrifies the hell out of them.

Trump is back on Twitter and first tweet got over 120 Million views... no wonder they shut his account down on Jan 6 to hide his innocence in their staged insurrection....
