Disney failing described:
They bought a bunch of other things (which aren't cheap!) and ruined them. After ruining them, they then make goofy stuff that doesn't repay what they lost.
They make a decent movie and then remake it (less than 20 years later)
They make MILLIONS OF SEQUELS THAT ARE GARBAGE (a bunch of the old ones, toy story, etc.)
Their serious films just aren't good.
Their merchandise is low quality.
The live action stuff they make is either REALLY GOOD or absolute dumpster fire floating down a river.
They make movies based on old movies (not remakes. Stuff like Lightyear) that aren't great
Also they took a while to get the hint that making stuff that doesn't involve different types of people are eventually going to fail.

The only REAL good thing about them is their TV shows. And even a bunch of those are garbage.
