Bans:
Regarding the posting bans feature, I generally believe it should really only be used by the Stream Owners. The exception would be if someone is spamming, or posting porn or gore, you are free to issue a posting ban as long as it isn't indefinitely. Same goes for comment bans, comment bans should only be used if someone is violating Imgflip ToS or EAM's Stream Rules as long as it isn't indefinitely. Indefinite posting and comment bans should only be used by Stream Owners at their discretion. If a moderator unbans a user that an owner banned they will be removed. If you are curating your own comments section and you want to delete a comment that doesn't violate ToS or Stream Rules, you are free to do so, but do not issue a comment timer over it. If you believe you have been wrongly issued a comment or posting ban, get in contact with a Stream Owner so we can determine whether stream rules were violated. Stream Owners will also be monitoring the bans issued and are free to take whatever action necessary if they believe the bans feature is being abused.
