I’ve got a sick mask design. Basically a normal mask but you install inside 4 pieces of paper color red as the mask. Then you make 6 hooks with paper and cover it with American tape. You stick a rubber band to each the hooks, and each hook to 1 paper so that the papers move when you talk, thus simulating mouth movement
