Olympian had suggested in a meme that maybe laws voted for shouldn't carry over to the following administrations and all thus each should start anew, but there wasn't much discussion nor an actual vote.
To me this would cause confusion as well as apathy - why struggle to pass laws that terminate after two months? Perhaps if they get too looney and build up to one inane pile of a mess, maybe, but to me incoming administrations have the option to come up with new laws and vote on rescinding old ones as they see fit.
In the meantime, order must be maintained, as well as respect for what has been established, providing it all doesn't go too astray of the TOS.
