The top pic, if taken in the U.S., is protected speech (which, many local and Federal authorities do nothing to protect), and if viewed by liberal leftist Democrats and Communists and MEDIA is instantly ridiculed, mocked, and assailed. The man carrying the sign would probably be assaulted physically or in some cases, arrested for not having a permit or some other such form of harassment.
The bottom pic, if taken in the U.S., is protected speech and if viewed by people who are conservatives or independents will be mostly ignored…it is a fact that Federal government and most local authorities and the MEDIA will go out of their way to protect that speech… even though most thinking people will totally ignore.
