Uh, no... it's not been a problem as long as other religious texts are also available. There have been challenges where separation of church & state have been in question; however; if you are referencing recent challenges, those are typically to highlight the hypocrisy of book bans as the Bible contains almost all the criteria listed in such bans (violence, incest, etc).
