Oour parents never let us hang out outside of school

I barely see those anymore for some reason

We used to sit not there, but on the border of the street or in any corner and go***amn. I knew I wouldn’t see my friend anymore. We cried a lot, after that we departed and we never saw each other again until the birthday of a friend. This is so nostalgic

near the road to my house is a large dirt parking lot-like area, there used to be 3 or 4 concrete pipes/tubes lined up there and i always went there with my parents to hear my voice echo from the pipes, sadly the pipes were gone in i think like 2016 or 2017 (not sure, but they were 100% there in 2014 aka my "golden year" so they could only be gone after that) and i still miss those pipes a lot

so, while i never got to really experience what was described in the original post, i do have similar experiences
