There is an existing Owner on m/Discord, same as there was when a user asked to be added as a Moderator on this stream. We are guests on that stream, just as we are guests here.

How many points the stream creator has or last time they were active is not really relevant in my book. I'm not going to kick the original owner off and I won't give you owner on that stream for the time being.

Let me know what stream changes you would like there, let's see how it goes.
