This would be a very hard match, as both characters are almost the same. I’d say Hondo if I had to choose though, since he easily has more firepower and better quality firepower.

No he made a small appearance in TBB, but made his debut, if you wanna call it, in Clone wars. He looks a bit different in TBB then he does in clone wars, so that’s why you might’ve been confused.
