Oh dear, I'm afraid this isn't a job fail!
If you look at the P you can notice that the bottom looked like there's more to the left.
Meaning that it was once a B which some random person ripped apart for this image.
Therefore meaning your image isn't about a job failure, But a sabotage on the B to make it look like a P!
